Role summary
We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Packer & Logistics Admin to support day-to-day warehouse fulfilment and logistics coordination. This role is responsible for packing customer and retail orders accurately, receiving and organising stock, updating inventory records, preparing shipping documents, and coordinating with couriers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Key responsibilities
Pick, pack, label, and prepare products for daily order fulfilment
Ensure all outgoing orders are accurate, properly packed, and dispatched on time
Receive incoming goods and check quantity, batch, expiry, and product condition against delivery documents
Sort, store, and organise inventory neatly in the warehouse / storeroom
Perform stock counting, stock reconciliation, and support periodic stock takes
Update stock movement, order status, and fulfilment records in Excel, inventory systems, or ERP
Prepare delivery orders, shipping labels, invoices, and other logistics documents
Coordinate with couriers, transporters, 3PL partners, and internal teams on deliveries and collection schedules
Monitor low-stock items and report discrepancies, damages, shortfalls, or operational issues promptly
Handle returns, exchanges, and basic fulfilment-related customer support follow-up
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organisation of packing and storage areas
Support ad hoc warehouse, logistics, and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in packing, warehouse operations, logistics coordination, or admin support preferred
Comfortable with manual packing work and lifting / moving cartons where required
Basic computer skills, especially Excel / Google Sheets
Familiar with inventory systems, order processing systems, or e-commerce backend is a plus
Careful, organised, and able to work quickly without compromising accuracy
Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred profile
Experience in e-commerce fulfilment, FMCG, beauty, or retail operations
Familiar with batch / expiry tracking
Comfortable working across both physical operations and backend admin tasks
