Masss Care Partners is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Accessible Transportation Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation services to individuals with disabilities. The driver will play a crucial role in ensuring clients can access essential services, participate in community activities, and maintain their independence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Safe Transportation:**

- Safely transport clients to and from appointments, social activities, and other destinations.

- Follow all traffic laws and maintain a clean driving record.

2. **Assistive Support:**

- Provide assistance to clients in entering and exiting the vehicle.

- Secure mobility devices (wheelchairs, scooters) per safety regulations.

3. **Client Care:**

- Foster a welcoming and respectful environment for clients.

- Display patience and understanding when assisting individuals with varying levels of mobility and communication.

4. **Route Coordination:**

- Plan and execute efficient routes to minimize travel time.

- Remain adaptable to changes in schedule or last-minute requests.

5. **Communication:**

- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, caregivers, and dispatch.

- Report any issues or incidents immediately to the appropriate personnel.

6. **Vehicle Maintenance:**

- Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure safety and reliability.

- Report any maintenance needs or repairs promptly.

7. **Record Keeping:**

- Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, and any incidents.

- Adhere to all confidentiality and privacy regulations regarding client information.

**Qualifications:**

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

- Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.

- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help others.

- Ability to operate vehicles equipped with adaptive features.

- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
