Position Overview:

Location: Dartmouth, Nova Scotia

Salary: $14.50/hour

Vacancies: Three (3) vacancies

Terms of Employment: Permanent, non-seasonal and full-time employment (40 hours/week)

Start Date: As soon as possible

Employment Shifts: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, and Weekend.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
  2. Take customers' orders accurately and efficiently, paying attention to specific requests.
  3. Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, maintaining high standards.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere.
  5. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
  6. Process payments and operate electronic cash registers efficiently.
  7. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of customers and staff.
  8. Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed.
  9. Work collaboratively with the team to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Strong client focus and the ability to provide exceptional service.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility in fulfilling job duties.
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required. Training will be provided.
