Location: Markham, ON

Salary: $28.00 to $35.00/hour (negotiable)

Hours: 30-40 per week

Term: Full-time (contract)

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- 1-2 years of practical nursing experience

- Eligible for licensure as a practical nurse

- Completion of Canadian Practical Nurse Registration Exam

- CPR & First Aid certificates

- Criminal record check & TB test

- Own transportation

- Knowledge of Cantonese/Mandarin is an asset

Duties:

- Administer medications and monitor patient progress

- Conduct specimen collection and ensure infection control

- Monitor nutritional intake and vital signs

- Assist in preparing patients for surgery

- Provide nursing services within the scope of practice

Work Conditions:

- Physically demanding, fast-paced environment

- Standing for extended periods and handling large caseloads

Work Setting: Chronic/Long-term Care Facility

Schedule: Flexible shifts (day, evening, night, weekend)
