Job Type: Full Time (Remote)
Salary: $25 - $40 Hourly

Key Responsibilities:
- Clear understanding of the resort business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
- Represent resort in various events and exhibition.
- Implements all sales action plans related to my market areas as outlined in the marketing plan.
- Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to resort by individual and corporate clients.
- Promoting and managing the brand.
- Working with advertising agencies.
- Overseeing budgets, marketing and promotions.
- Generating new ideas for customer incentives and accommodation or business packages.
- Measure, analyze and act based on sales performance and its impact on business results.
- Review Sales activity to define business directions and specific objectives.
- Manages and develops relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Other sales and marketing duties.
Qualification
- 5 plus years of progressive work experience in hospitality sales and marketing.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategic plans.
- Direct and detailed experience with digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
- Excellent knowledge of resort sales strategies and revenue management.
- Experienced in tours, special event contracting and packaging.
- Knowledge of the hotel and resort product and the current competitive environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to recognize and meet deadlines in fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate several simultaneous work tasks while maintaining a positive attitude and flexible work style.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Exceptional customer service skills
