Location: Scarborough, Ontario
Salary: $15.50/hour
Vacancies: One (1) vacancy
Terms of Employment: Permanent, non-seasonal and full-time employment (40 hours/week)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Employment Shifts: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, and Weekend.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Take customers orders accurately and efficiently, paying attention to specific requests.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, maintaining high standards.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
Process payments and operate electronic cash registers efficiently.
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of customers and staff.
Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed.
Work collaboratively with the team to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
Qualifications:
Strong client focus and the ability to provide exceptional service.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility in fulfilling job duties.
Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team, fostering a positive work environment.
Fluent in English.
No degree, certificate, or diploma required. Training will be provided.
