Position Overview:

Location: Niton Junction, Alberta
Salary: $15.50/hour
Vacancies: Eight (8) vacancies
Terms of Employment: Permanent, non-seasonal and full-time employment (40 hours/week)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Employment Shifts: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, and Weekend.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Take customers' orders accurately and efficiently, paying attention to specific requests.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, maintaining high standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
- Process payments and operate electronic cash registers efficiently.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of customers and staff.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
Qualifications:
- Strong client focus and the ability to provide exceptional service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility in fulfilling job duties.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team, fostering a positive work environment.
- Fluent in English.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required. Training will be provided.
