Position: Toronto

Location: Windsor, Ontario

Salary: $16.00/hour

Vacancies: Two (2) vacancies

Terms of Employment: Permanent, full-time (30 hours/week to 40 hours/week)

Start Date: Immediate

Employment Shifts: Flexible - Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, and Weekend.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong culinary skills with the ability to prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes.
  • Accommodate customers with food allergies or intolerances.
  • Plan menus, estimate food requirements, and manage kitchen supplies.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and assist in training.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Ensure smooth kitchen operations and adherence to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

As a Line Cook at Holy Chuck, your dedication and culinary expertise will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our patrons. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and cooking delicious and visually appealing meals.
  • Accommodating customers with specific dietary needs or preferences.
  • Planning menus and estimating food quantities and costs.
  • Ensuring a well-organized and clean kitchen area.
  • Supervising and supporting kitchen staff in their tasks.
  • Managing kitchen supplies and equipment orders.
  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory and food supplies.
