Position Overview:

We are seeking team members who exhibit an unwavering commitment to customer service, possess exceptional attention to detail, and can work seamlessly within a dynamic team environment. Your responsibilities will encompass the meticulous cleaning of vehicle interiors and exteriors, applying protective finishes and waxes, utilizing specialized equipment, maintaining accurate records, and even performing minor repairs to ensure our clients' vehicles look their absolute best.

Location: Brantford, Ontario

Salary: $19.00

Vacancies: Two (2) positions available

Terms of Employment: Permanent, full-time (40 hours/week)

Start Date: Immediate

Work Shifts: Varied shifts including early morning, morning, day, evening, night, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transform vehicles inside and out, adhering to company and client standards.
• Apply finishing touches and wax to achieve a showroom-worthy shine.
• Operate specialized equipment to meet service expectations.
• Utilize cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to enhance vehicle appearance.
• Maintain meticulous inspection records of vehicle conditions.
• Perform minor repairs, such as addressing dents and scrapes.
• Address client inquiries and fulfill their specific requests with a smile.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior detailing experience is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical stamina to meet the demands of the role, including prolonged periods of standing, bending, and crouching.
