An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced nursing leader to step into the Chief Nursing Officer role at a 50-bed, freestanding hospital. This facility employs approximately 45 FTEs and operates with a close-knit leadership structure. The CNO reports directly to the CEO and has two direct reports: a House Supervisor on days and a House Supervisor on nights.
Position Overview:
The Chief Nursing Officer is responsible for the overall direction and coordination of all nursing functions within the hospital. This leader will play a critical role in driving quality outcomes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a collaborative, patient-centered environment. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping and improving the facility's culture, building a cohesive nursing team, and enhancing operational efficiency.
Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required

Minimum of 3 years of experience in bed management

Proven leadership background in nursing administration

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: $130,000 $140,000 annually
