Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)

Salary: $150,000

This is a unique opportunity for a nursing executive with inpatient rehabilitation experience to step into a key leadership role within a specialized rehab hospital environment. This position requires a leader who understands the nuances of rehab care delivery and can drive both clinical excellence and operational performance.

What You'll Do

Provide strategic and operational leadership for all nursing services

Oversee patient care delivery, staffing, and clinical outcomes within an inpatient rehab setting

Lead and develop nursing teams while fostering a strong, collaborative culture

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements

Partner with executive leadership to drive performance, quality, and patient satisfaction

What You Bring

RN required

Minimum 1+ year inpatient rehabilitation experience required (2+ years strongly preferred)

Prior nursing leadership experience (Director level or above preferred)

Strong operational and clinical leadership skills

Ability to lead in a specialized, outcomes-driven rehab environment
