The Opportunity

We're not hiring someone to "make things pretty."

We're hiring a Visual Strategist who understands that design is a business tool - every pixel should serve a purpose, every visual should drive results.

Your designs will be the first thing our clients see. You'll create landing pages that convert, social content that stops the scroll, and marketing materials that position entrepreneurs for success.

What You'll Do

Your Primary Role: Visual Strategist for Business Growth

You're not just executing design requests - you're a business partner who translates complex strategies into compelling visuals that convert.

Daily (60% of Your Time)

• Design sales funnel graphics (landing pages, opt-in pages, sales pages)
• Create social media content for Industry Titans and client campaigns
• Produce marketing materials for consulting offers and programs

Weekly (30% of Your Time)

• Develop course materials and presentation decks for client deliverables
• Design client success stories and case study graphics
• Collaborate with team on campaign strategy and visual direction

Monthly (10% of Your Time)

• Analyze performance metrics and optimize designs based on data
• Build and refine brand guidelines across platforms
• Research design trends in business/consulting space

What Success Looks Like

First 30 Days: Foundation & Integration

• Team Chemistry: You vibe with our team dynamics, communicate proactively, ask great questions
• Quality Standards: Deliver 5-10 designs weekly that align with Industry Titans brand (2-3 revisions typical as you learn our voice)
• Learning Curve: Absorb our positioning, understand our clients, grasp what converts in our market

First 60 Days: Autonomous Execution

• Brand Mastery: You own our branding package, maintain consistency without constant supervision
• Reduced Revisions: You anticipate feedback, designs hit the mark in 1-2 rounds
• Strategic Input: You're suggesting improvements, not just executing requests
• Workflow Integration: Seamless collaboration with copywriter and social media manager

First 90 Days: Proactive Partner

• Initiative: You're spotting design needs before we ask (event graphics, dashboard designs, campaign assets)
• Business Results: Your work contributes to measurable outcomes - higher engagement, improved conversions, professional client materials
• Efficiency: You've built templates and systems that make our team faster
• Culture Carrier: You embody "Peaceful & Profitable" - excellent work, sustainable pace, zero drama

What You Bring

Must-Haves

Experience & Portfolio:

• 1-2 years professional graphic design experience (marketing/business focus preferred)
• Portfolio demonstrating:
• Sales funnel/landing page designs
• Social media content (ideally with engagement metrics)
• Marketing materials for B2B, consulting, or coaching services
• Range of styles (we need versatility)

Technical Proficiency:

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) OR Figma
• AI design tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, ChatGPT for creative assistance)
• Basic video editing (Canva Video or CapCut acceptable)

Strategic Mindset:

• Understanding of conversion psychology (what makes entrepreneurs click, sign up, buy)
• Experience designing with performance metrics in mind
• Ability to translate complex business concepts into clear, compelling visuals

Work Style (Critical for Culture Fit):

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in consulting, coaching, or education industries
• Copywriting skills (headlines, CTA buttons, social captions)
• Motion graphics or basic animation
• Understanding of Facebook/Instagram ads manager
• Previous remote work experience

Technical Setup Required

• Computer capable of running Adobe CC or Figma smoothly
• Stable internet (minimum 50Mbps, fiber preferred)
• Quiet workspace for video calls when needed
• Availability for team collaboration (async-friendly, but some sync overlap helps)
