• Operational Excellence: Oversee POS and security systems, maintain top-notch equipment functionality, and uphold safety standards in compliance with OSHA and local regulations.
• Team Development: Lead, train, and motivate our team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting continuous growth.
• Guest Engagement: Proactively interact with guests, address feedback, and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local laws, maintaining a safe and harassment-free workplace.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the restaurant industry.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to obtain Food Handlers Certification and knowledge of OSHA and HACCP standards.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, climate-controlled restaurant environment.
• Capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 20 lbs as needed.
