With our award-winning burgers, craft cocktails, and one-of-a-kind atmosphere, weve been recognized for Best Burgers, Best Cocktails, and Best Date Night Spotand were just getting started. As we continue to grow, were looking for an energetic, responsible, and vibrant leader to help us take things to the next level.

What Youll Do:

• Lead and motivate the team while keeping the vibes fun, upbeat, and professional
• Ensure top-tier guest experiences with amazing service and smooth operations
• Help oversee daily floor and bar operations, including opening/closing duties
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to keep the team thriving
• Assist with inventory control, ordering, and cost management
• Maintain our high standards for food, drinks, and overall cleanliness
• Jump in wherever neededwhether it's behind the bar, in the kitchen, or on the floor
• Solve problems on the fly, keep the energy positive, and help create unforgettable guest experiences

What Were Looking For:

• A go-getter with leadership skills who loves working in a fast-paced environment
• Someone who can bring energy, accountability, and fun to the team
• Experience in restaurant or bar management preferred, but strong hospitality experience works too
• A team player whos not afraid to get their hands dirty and lead by example
• Strong communication skills and a passion for great service
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
