Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily operations with a hands-on, hospitality-first approach

• Recruit, train, and grow a top-performing management and hourly team

• Implement and maintain systems that support consistency and brand standards

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience across food, beverage, and entertainment offerings

• Analyze financials and drive sales and profitability

• Work closely with ownership to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives

What You Bring:

• 3+ years as a General Manager in a high-volume, full-service or hospitality environment

• Proven success in building, training, and leading strong teams

• Experience with scaling operations or working in evolving brands is a big plus

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• A passion for guest service, innovation, and creating standout experiences
