Senior Product Manager - Merchant Experience

Are you passionate about enhancing the merchant experience and building products that truly make a difference? We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and roadmap of our payments platform, focusing on optimizing interfaces, integrations, and internal tools.

What you'll do:

• Develop and execute a strategic vision for the merchant experience.
• Own retention and growth metrics, collaborating with frontline teams to improve merchant satisfaction.
• Work with design, engineering, and operations teams to create intuitive user interfaces and seamless integrations.
• Automate operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive platform improvements and ensure successful feature rollouts.

What were looking for:

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or payments.
• Strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams toward customer success.
• Technical proficiency to work closely with engineering teams and inform scalable design decisions.
• Deep customer focus with a track record of delivering outstanding merchant solutions.
• Data-driven mindset, comfortable working with analytics and SQL.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
