Solutions Architect

Responsibilities:

️ Develop and design scalable payment solutions focused on performance, security, and compliance
Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to identify opportunities and accelerate solution adoption
Serve as a technical expert, guiding clients through solution implementation and optimization
Align with the product roadmap and uncover new opportunities for growth
Act as a trusted advisor for business and technical stakeholders (Ops, Engineering, Sales, Product)
Understand client business objectives and apply tailored solutions to their challenges
️ Create detailed solution design documentation, including architecture diagrams and technical specs
Lead strategy engagements with clients to design tailored solutions and drive business growth
Conduct in-depth business analysis to support client success and strategic opportunities
️ Be the Voice of the Customer, providing insights to leadership and product teams to shape future developments

Required Skills:

‍ 8+ years in a customer-facing engineering role (solutions architect, sales engineer, etc.) in global software enterprises
Experience in the payments/fintech space (billing, invoicing, issuing, banking)
Strong executive engagement skills and ability to build credibility with decision-makers
Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and API architectures
Coding experience in Ruby, Python, JavaScript, or Java is a plus
Fluent communication skills in both Spanish and English
