With a mission to contribute to transforming the continents future, the company is expanding into Mexico and is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow all sales operations. This role will focus on building and managing a strong agent network across the country. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, hands-on, and thrive in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy & Execution:

    • Develop and execute a nationwide sales strategy aligned with the companys business objectives.
    • Lead sales operations through field involvement, performance tracking, and process optimization.
    • Establish, onboard, and manage agent networks, ensuring agents have the tools and resources to succeed.
    • Identify and develop new sales channels and business opportunities for market growth.
  2. Agent Management & Network Development:

    • Build and develop the agent model to expand the companys footprint in Mexico.
    • Provide daily support and follow-up with agents to ensure smooth operations and consistent performance.
    • Ensure agents comply with company policies and deliver excellent customer service.
  3. Collections Management & Operations:

    • Oversee collections activities, particularly in the early stages, ensuring timely recoveries through agent collaboration.
    • Implement collection processes aligned with sales operations for consistency and efficiency.
    • Monitor repayment trends and agent performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet KPIs.
  4. Reporting & Performance Analysis:

    • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs to ensure targets are consistently met.
    • Prepare performance reports to share with senior leadership for decision-making.
    • Continuously analyze the market for risks and opportunities, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Education & Experience:

    • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably within financial services, microfinance, or FMCG at a managerial level.
    • Proven success in developing agent networks or managing distributed teams across large regions.
    • Strong experience in collections management and channel operations.
  • Skills & Personal Attributes:

    • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
    • Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a results-driven mindset.
    • Fluency in Spanish, with proficiency in English.
    • Willingness to travel extensively across Mexico.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
    • Strategic thinker with a solid business acumen.
