In this role, youll take charge of driving growth initiatives for LATAM, working closely with our Chief Growth Officer to develop and execute strategies that expand market presence and increase revenue. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing LATAM growth strategies to align with company objectives
- Leading data-driven marketing, user acquisition, and customer retention efforts
- Building strategic partnerships to enhance market reach
- Driving product and market innovation in collaboration with product teams
- Leading and mentoring a high-performance growth team
Ideal Profile:
- Experience: 8+ years in telecom, product growth, fintech, or e-commerce, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelors degree in business or related field
- Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with a track record of impactful sales and growth strategies
- Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English
