Job Referral Terms:

1. Eligibility: The job referral program is open to all current employees/ consultants of the company who are in good standing.

2. Referral Process: To participate in the job referral program, employees must refer a qualified candidate for an open position within the company. The referral can be submitted through the company's online referral portal or by emailing the candidate's resume to the HR department.

3. Candidate Qualifications: The referred candidate must meet all qualifications for the open position, as outlined in the job description.

4. Rewards: If the referred candidate is hired and completes the probation period, the referring employee will receive a referral reward as outlined in the company's policy. The reward amount may vary depending on the position and level of the referred candidate.

5. Multiple Referrals: Employees can refer multiple candidates for open positions but will only receive one referral reward per successful hire.

6. Confidentiality: The company will maintain the confidentiality of the referral source and will not disclose the name of the referring employee to the referred candidate without the employee's or consultant's express consent.

7. Disqualification: The company reserves the right to disqualify any employee from participating in the job referral program if the employee violates any company policies or engages in any unethical or inappropriate behavior.

8. Termination: The company reserves the right to terminate the job referral program at any time, without notice.

9. Amendments: The company reserves the right to modify or amend these job referral terms at any time, without notice.
