Experience: 2-5 years

Notice Period:  30 days to 60 days

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Video networks.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and create compelling ad copy tailored to target audiences.
  • Perform regular campaign performance analysis, generating reports and actionable insights to meet business objectives.
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, including A/B testing, bid strategy adjustments, and audience targeting refinements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and content, to align campaigns with overall brand strategy.
  • Stay updated on Google Ads platform updates, new features, and digital advertising trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Monitor and manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring alignment with allocated spends and KPIs.
  • Track, analyse, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Work on remarketing and audience segmentation to improve retention and engagement.

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience of 2-5 years managing Google Ads campaigns with demonstrable success.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
  • Experience with conversion tracking and reporting.
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with SEO, landing page optimization, and other PPC platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack.

Qualifications/Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Mandatory: Google Ads Certification (current and valid).
