Job Summary:

Notice Period: 30 days to 60 days
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Video networks.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and create compelling ad copy tailored to target audiences.
- Perform regular campaign performance analysis, generating reports and actionable insights to meet business objectives.
- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, including A/B testing, bid strategy adjustments, and audience targeting refinements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and content, to align campaigns with overall brand strategy.
- Stay updated on Google Ads platform updates, new features, and digital advertising trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Monitor and manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring alignment with allocated spends and KPIs.
- Track, analyse, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Work on remarketing and audience segmentation to improve retention and engagement.
Experience Required:
- Proven experience of 2-5 years managing Google Ads campaigns with demonstrable success.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
- Experience with conversion tracking and reporting.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SEO, landing page optimization, and other PPC platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack.
Qualifications/Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Mandatory: Google Ads Certification (current and valid).
