Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. This is a full-time position, and the Sales Manager will be based in our office in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients

- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our services

- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with clients

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials

- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities

- Train and mentor junior sales team members

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the corporate services industry

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and presentation skills

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

- Knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence is a plus

- Experience in managing a sales team is an advantage. 

Job Type Details:

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The Sales Manager will report directly to the company's management team and will be expected to work Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Occasional travel may be required for client meetings and industry events.
