Job Summary:
As the Head of Operations, you will play an essential role in overseeing the structured functioning of the firms operational activities. Leading a team of EAs (Executive Assistants), your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless operations and support the delivery of corporate services across all your stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the firms objectives, ensuring efficiency and excellence in services provided.
- Lead and mentor the Team Leads while providing guidance and support in managing a large team of Executive Assistants.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations, enhance processes, and implementing best practices to enhance effectiveness and productivity.
- Foster collaboration across departments, working closely with senior leadership and executives to streamline operations.
- Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), conduct regular assessments, and provide feedback to enhance the performance of the operations teams.
- Identify areas for improvement, implement process enhancements, and drive initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance services presented.
- Develop and implement strategies to alleviate risks and ensure compliance and minimise operational risks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of 10-15 years in a senior management role, with a track record of leading and managing teams effectively, preferably from a consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of management consulting operations and the ability to navigate a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and develop teams.
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals.
- Proficiency in project management tools, CRM systems, and other relevant software.
