Job Summary:

We are looking to hire a dedicated and passionate Customer Service Operations Executive to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries across multiple online platforms, providing exceptional customer and client service, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of their products. This role is vital in ensuring positive and seamless customer experience with their brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly in a professional manner to customer inquiries received via various platforms
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products, including details on upcoming shipments and new launches
  • Utilise available tools to answer customer queries in different languages effectively.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Work with other departments, such as operations and sales, to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently
  • Be trained during L&D sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service orientation and disposition
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally across various online platforms
  • Possesses at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar customer service role
  • Prior experience in the retail & fashion industry advantages
  • Good communication skills across various departments
  • Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries with efficiency and accuracy
  • Capability to use language translation tools effectively to provide support in multiple languages
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
