Job Summary:
As an Analyst in the HR team, you will be instrumental in providing steady analytical support to a range of HR functions in the KL office, especially resource staffing and L&D agendas. You will be a custodian of knowledge for our client in this role transforming raw data into concrete enhancements and thus are best placed to succeed if you possess a detail-oriented and self-starter mentality, who is confident in engaging with multiple levels of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess needs and aid in benchmarking processes to develop appropriate HR activities and ensure that costs adhere to defined budgets
- Support the design and execution of HR initiatives, including training agendas and development curriculum, based on the needs of the company
- Brainstorm content for HR activities such as learning strategies and drive continuous evaluation of relevant programmes through designing and developing surveys and feedback reports
- Analyse and synthesise all relevant HR data (eg for training programmes, L&D, staffing resources) and present findings clearly to senior leadership
- Manage training data on LMS
- Utilise innovative and cutting-edge technology to support development objectives for the company and curate e-learning solutions from market leaders
- Prepare compliance reports and perform periodic assessments to identify and tackle compliance issues
Requirements:
- Proven experience of 2-4 years in HR functions, especially in working with and analysing HR data, preferably in the management consulting/ professional services industry
- Bachelors degree in HR from any reputable university is highly advantageous
- Excellent level of proficiency in HR systems and operations/ administrative management
- Stellar oral and written communication skills in English, and ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders
- Solid analytical and logical skills to make sense of raw data and present findings in an engaging and clear way
