Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on, professional, and proactive Office Manager to join our client's Singapore office. The role covers a full range of operations, administration, and facilities support. Ideally, you are someone who does not shy away from juggling competing priorities, has strong leadership experience, solid experience managing large-scale corporate offices, and a knack for liaising with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with teams across regional offices, maintaining strong communication channels and partnerships to tackle and coordinate business objectives
  • Oversee daily office management duties, ensuring the smooth running of all activities and services, including developing key metrics and analytics for facility needs, and ensuring the seamless management of all facilities
  • Lead and manage a team of 5–10 secretaries, including overseeing day-to-day performance, performance reviews, appraisals, and professional development.
  • Oversee general HR and administrative functions, supporting day-to-day employee matters and ensuring smooth and efficient office operations.
  • Ensure that all office and corporate services operations are in compliance with company processes and policies and provide comprehensive on-site support
  • Manage all office-related projects and vendor relationships across corporate services to ensure timely supply of all equipment and services
  • Coordinate corporate and internal company events where needed including catering

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 8-10 years in an office management role in a professional services firm - background in legal services is advantageous
  • Sound sense of business acumen and operational aptitude, with the ability to understand and respond to the needs of a fast-paced legal environment with an international set up
  • Exceptional team management experience and leadership experience
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across diverse locations globally.
