Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Head of FX Options to lead a key business function within a growing financial services firm. This is a senior leadership role that combines business development, strategic planning, and operational management, with responsibility for establishing and scaling the firm's FX Options desk. Working closely with senior management, you will drive business growth, expand the client base and build and develop a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the growth and overall management of the firm's FX Options business, including establishing and scaling the FX Options desk.
• Drive business development by leveraging an established client network, acquiring new institutional and corporate clients, and generating sustainable revenue growth.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the firm's FX options business.
• Provide leadership across the front-to-back FX Options business, partnering closely with trading, risk, and operations teams to ensure efficient execution and business performance.
• Oversee the development and delivery of tailored FX and risk management solutions, ensuring strong governance, operational effectiveness, and client outcomes.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team while fostering collaboration across business functions.
• Contribute to the firm's strategic direction through deep market expertise, product knowledge, and industry insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in FX Options.
• Deep end-to-end understanding of the FX Options business, including product structuring, trading workflows, supporting systems, and market risk.
• Excellent product knowledge and strong industry expertise within FX Options.
• Proven experience within FX product solutions or institutional financial markets. Experience covering APAC markets is advantageous.
• Demonstrated track record of business development, revenue generation, and managing an established institutional or corporate client portfolio.
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to build, scale, and manage a high-performing business function and team.
• Commercially driven with strong accountability, excellent stakeholder management and direct communication.
• Mandarin proficiency is advantageous to communicate with regional offices.
