What You'll Be Doing:

As an Operations Technician, you will be the backbone of our engineering projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly both remotely and on-site.

Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting: You'll play a key role in maintaining and troubleshooting the machinery, tools, and systems used on construction and engineering sites. From ensuring everything is operational to fixing things when they go awry, you'll be the one who keeps things moving.

On-Site Support: You will travel to various project sites to assist in equipment setup, operations, and fieldwork. Expect to be hands-on, ensuring the team has everything they need to keep the project on track.

Project Assistance: Collaborate closely with engineers and project managers to support and execute project plans. You'll be a key player in ensuring the technical aspects of the project are executed flawlessly.

Inventory and Supply Management: You'll manage the flow of materials and tools, ensuring all resources are available and in good condition. This is key to preventing delays on-site and keeping things running smoothly.

Health & Safety Compliance: We take safety very seriously. You'll help monitor and enforce safety protocols, ensuring that the team adheres to all safety standards on-site and minimizing any risks.

Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and tests of machinery, tools, and systems to make sure they meet quality standards. When things don't meet expectations, you will identify and correct them always striving for excellence.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and site operations. You will work with the team to ensure we stay on top of everything, from daily tasks to long-term goals.

Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement: You will have a chance to bring your ideas and solutions to the table. We are always looking for ways to improve operations, reduce downtime, and boost efficiency, and your input will be a key part of that.

What We are Looking For:

- Hands-on Experience: You've worked with machinery, equipment, and field operations in a technical role before. You know your way around maintenance, troubleshooting, and keeping everything running.

- Flexibility: As a remote and traveling position, you'll need to be comfortable with some travel. Were looking for someone who can manage both working remotely and being on-site when needed.
