Landscape Supervisor (Qatar)

One of our reputed clients in Qatar is seeking experienced Landscape Supervisor to oversee landscaping projects, manage staff, and ensure high-quality maintenance of gardens and green areas.

SALARY: QAR 2,500 - 3,500 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise daily operations of gardeners, helpers, and maintenance staff.
• Plan and assign tasks such as planting, pruning, irrigation, lawn care, and pest control.
• Inspect and monitor landscaped areas, ensuring proper upkeep and adherence to project designs.
• Oversee installation and maintenance of irrigation systems, soil preparation, and fertilization.
• Train and guide workers in proper gardening techniques, tool usage, and safety practices.
• Ensure timely completion of landscaping projects while maintaining quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in landscaping supervision.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance.
• Previous GCC experience preferred.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and manage diverse teams.
