Supervisor - Plant (Oman)

One of our reputed clients in Oman is seeking experienced Supervisor Plant for their Production Support Department, to oversee plant operations, manage teams, and ensure smooth and efficient production processes.

SALARY: OMR 263

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise daily plant operations, ensuring workflow efficiency and adherence to production schedules.
• Assign tasks to technicians and operators, monitor progress, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Conduct inspections and enforce compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate with engineers and production teams to resolve operational issues.
• Maintain records of plant operations, equipment status, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are maintained in a safe and organized manner.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in supervising plant operations.
• Strong knowledge of plant machinery, equipment, and operational processes.
• Proven supervisory and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and operational instructions.
• Physically fit and able to work in industrial and workshop environments.
