One of our prestigious clients is seeking an experienced Foreign Recruitment Manager to lead and manage overseas recruitment operations. This role involves handling international clients, overseeing recruitment teams, and ensuring compliance with foreign employment regulations.

SALARY: Negotiable (based on experience)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage end-to-end foreign recruitment operations.
  • Handle and maintain relationships with overseas clients.
  • Supervise and guide foreign recruitment executives and staff.
  • Ensure recruitment targets and timelines are achieved.
  • Ensure compliance with foreign employment regulations and procedures.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and performance updates.
  • Identify and develop new overseas recruitment opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in foreign recruitment or manpower management.
  • Strong client handling and relationship management skills.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
