Supervisor - Mechanical (Oman)

One of our reputed clients in Oman is seeking experienced Supervisor Mechanical for their Mechanical & Electrical Department, to oversee mechanical operations, guide technicians, and ensure work quality and safety compliance.

SALARY: OMR 263 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise daily mechanical operations and maintenance activities.
Coordinate and guide technicians to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Review work for quality, compliance with specifications, and adherence to safety standards.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance to the team.
Maintain records of equipment, maintenance, and project progress.
Ensure tools, machinery, and workspace are organized and safe.

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical supervision or related field.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance procedures.
Leadership and team management skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
