Procurement Officer (UAE)

One of our reputed clients in Dubai, a leading Aluminum & Glass Industry, is urgently seeking experienced Procurement Officer to manage sourcing and vendor relations for their projects.

SALARY: AED 7,000 - 8,000 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage end-to-end procurement of aluminum, glass, and related accessories.
• Source suppliers and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Negotiate contracts, prices, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Prepare and maintain procurement reports and documentation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 46 years of proven procurement experience in the aluminum and glass industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of procurement software/tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
