Supervisor - Pipe Welder (Oman)

One of our reputed clients in Oman is seeking experienced Supervisor Pipe Welder for their Pipe & Outfitting Department, to oversee welding operations and ensure high-quality fabrication of piping systems.

SALARY: OMR 263 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise pipe welding activities and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Assign tasks and guide welders to achieve productivity and quality targets.
• Review technical drawings, blueprints, and welding procedures.
• Monitor and inspect welds for accuracy, safety, and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with engineers and project managers for smooth workflow.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and workspace in a safe and organized manner.
• Enforce safety practices and ensure compliance with company policies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in pipe welding supervision.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques (arc, MIG, TIG) and piping systems.
• Ability to read and interpret welding procedures and technical drawings.
• Proven supervisory and leadership skills.
• Physical fitness and ability to work in industrial environments.
