Travel Consultant

One of our prestigious clients, is looking for an experienced Arabic-speaking Travel Consultant to join their Dubai team immediately.

SALARY: USD 1,000 USD 1,200

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to B2C travel inquiries from Arabic-speaking clients via WhatsApp, phone, email, and other platforms.
• Provide package recommendations and destination information tailored to client preferences.
• Coordinate with the Reservations Team to prepare price quotations based on the clients budget.
• Follow up and assist clients through to booking confirmation.
• Assist with Arabic translations of marketing materials and travel-related content.
• Temporarily support initial outreach and follow-up with potential B2B travel agents in the Middle East.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is required.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or travel is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for travel and delivering excellent service.
• Knowledge of the Maldives as a destination is a plus (training will be provided).
