Estimator (QS2)

Requirement:

• 5 – 10 years of Experience
• Strong background in civil, infrastructure, and utilities
• Minimum 2 years of experience in KSA in similar role
• Knowledge of Local construction Saudi market, cost, historical data & Productivity rates, market trends.

Tendering & Cost Estimation Requirements:

• Proficiency in CCS ( CANDY) software cost databases, HCSS Heavy Bid and or the like.
• Proven track record in tender preparation for mega infrastructure and building projects.
• Experience in pre-contract works , tender documentation Review & Preparation, Quantity take-offs, re measurement.
• Experience in budgeting, BOQ preparation and scope analysis
• Experience in Procurement Strategy – scope packaging, RFQs, supplier/subcontractor negotiations, and best-value sourcing.

Technical & Methodology Requirements:

• Experience in preparation of Technical Submittals, clarifications, and execution methodologies for multidisciplinary projects.
