Roaster (Kuwait)

A reputed coffee shop in Kuwait is seeking highly skilled Roaster to handle coffee roasting operations and ensure premium quality coffee beans for all beverages.

SALARY: Negotiable

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Roast coffee beans to perfection according to quality standards.
• Monitor roasting profiles, temperature, and timing for consistency.
• Maintain and clean roasting equipment and work area.
• Conduct quality checks and adjust roasting parameters as needed.
• Collaborate with baristas and management to maintain coffee standards.
• Keep records of roast batches, inventory, and production.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Highly qualified with proven experience in coffee roasting.
• Knowledge of different coffee beans, roasting techniques, and profiles.
• Ability to work independently and maintain quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
