Wealth Management Specialist

One of our reputed clients in the Real Estate & Property Development industry in Colombo, Sri Lanka seeking experienced Wealth Management Specialist to join their growing team.

SALARY: Negotiable (based on experience and performance)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Advise high-net-worth and affluent clients on wealth creation, investment structuring, and portfolio management.
• Develop and implement customized investment strategies aligned to client objectives.
• Manage client relationships, conduct reviews and monitor portfolio performance.
• Research market trends, investment products and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with internal teams (investment analysts, legal/compliance, product) to deliver holistic solutions.
• Grow the business by acquiring new client relationships and expanding existing ones.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, internal policies and client documentation standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management or related field.
• Minimum 34 years experience in wealth management, investment advisory or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets and asset classes.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build client trust and manage portfolios.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality and client focus.
• Based in Colombo or nearby for easy commute.
