Data Analyst

The Data Analyst shall manage the integrity, automation, and visualization of renewable energy datasets (solar and wind). This role ensures data transparency, accessibility, and reliability through advanced database and dashboard solutions.

• Data Processing & Validation: Help apply QA/QC procedures to solar station data (GHI, DNI, DHI, temperature, humidity, pressure, visibility).
• Report Preparation: Deliver monthly, semi-annual, and annual solar energy reports, including raw, cleaned, and validated datasets.
• Dust & Pollution Assessment: Analyse deposition impacts on PV/CSP performance and prepare IEC-compliant reports on frequency and severity.
• Albedo Analysis: Evaluate ground reflectance at each site, producing representative values for solar modelling and project feasibility.
• Uncertainty & Variability Studies: Conduct statistical analyses of solar resource variability and uncertainty for bank-grade reporting.
• TMY Development: Produce Typical Meteorological Year datasets for se in pre-tender project feasibility studies.
• Technical Coordination: Act as a communication bridge between the solar analysis team and client stakeholders, ensuring transparency in reporting.
• Knowledge Sharing: Support workshops and Client staff training on solar data analysis methodologies and error correction techniques.
