Cook - Western & Arabic Cuisine (Saudi Arabia)

One of our reputed clients in Saudi Arabia, a leading restaurant chain, is urgently seeking experienced Cook specializing in Western and Arabic Cuisine. The ideal candidates should be skilled in preparing a wide variety of dishes, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring high food quality and presentation standards.

SALARY: SAR 1,600 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and cook a variety of Western and Arabic dishes according to restaurant standards.
• Ensure all meals are prepared with proper portioning, seasoning, and presentation.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Assist in menu planning and suggest new dish ideas when required.
• Monitor ingredient inventory and report shortages to the Head Chef.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
• Work effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Cook in a restaurant or hotel kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of Western and Arabic cuisine preparation techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic communication skills in English or Arabic.
• GCC experience preferred.
