Senior Estimator (QS1)

General Requirements:

• 10+ years of relevant estimation experience
• Strong background in civil, infrastructure, and utilities projects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in KSA in similar role
• Knowledge of Local construction Saudi market, cost, historical data & Productivity rates, market trends.
• Proven track record in tender preparation for mega infrastructure and building projects.

Tendering & Cost Estimation Requirements:

• Proficiency in CCS ( CANDY) software cost databases, HCSS Heavy Bid and or the like.

• Strong pre-contract experience in estimation, tendering, and bid management.

• Expertise in budgeting, BOQ preparation and scope analysis , Quantity take-offs, re measurement.

• Strong in Bid Analysis & Benchmarking, ensuring compliance, competitiveness, and precision across tender submissions.

• Skilled in Procurement Strategy – scope packaging, RFQs, supplier/subcontractor negotiations, and best-value sourcing.

Technical & Methodology Requirements:

• Lead preparation of Technical Submittals, clarifications, and execution methodologies for multidisciplinary projects.

• Develop Construction Methodologies and Execution Strategies optimizing cost, time, and quality outcomes.
