Tendering & Estimation Engineers (United Arab Emirates)

One of our prestigious clients in the United Arab Emirates is looking for experienced Tendering & Estimation Engineers to join their team immediately.

SALARY: Negotiable (Based on experience and qualifications)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and BOQs for projects.
• Analyze tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Prepare and submit tenders, quotations, and technical/commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to obtain pricing and technical inputs.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure competitiveness.
• Identify project risks and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Maintain records of tenders, estimates, and pricing data.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field).
• Proven experience in tendering and estimation in construction or engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, costing, and tender preparation processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in estimation software, MS Excel, and relevant tools.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• UAE experience is an added advantage.
