BIM Specialist

One of our prestigious clients in Colombo, Sri Lanka is looking for experienced BIM Architects to join their team immediately.

SALARY: LKR 400,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement and manage BIM workflows for architectural and construction projects.
• Create 3D models and detailed BIM drawings using Revit or similar software.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure model accuracy.
• Oversee clash detection, model coordination, and BIM standards compliance.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and visualization.
• Conduct site visits and ensure BIM models align with actual project progress.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proven experience as a BIM Architect or in BIM-related projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or similar software.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and project coordination.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and team player.
