Aluminium Foreman (UAE)

One of our reputed clients in the United Arab Emirates, a major player in the Aluminium & Glass fabrication industry, is urgently seeking Aluminium Foreman to oversee daily site operations and manage aluminium installation teams.

SALARY: AED 2250 - 3250 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise aluminium fabrication and installation teams on-site.
• Plan daily work schedules and allocate manpower effectively.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and project timelines.
• Coordinate with engineers and project managers for smooth workflow.
• Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with company regulations.
• Train and guide junior technicians as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience in aluminium and glass fabrication.
• Proven supervisory or foreman experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• GCC experience preferred.
