Architect

One of our prestigious clients in Colombo, Sri Lanka is looking for experienced Architects to join their team immediately.

SALARY: LKR 350,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and plan architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and specifications using AutoCAD or relevant software.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are maintained.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in architecture.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proven experience in architectural projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software.
• Strong knowledge of design standards, building codes, and construction practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
