One of our reputed clients in the Real Estate & Property Development industry in Colombo, Sri Lanka, is looking for experienced Business Development Executive to join their team immediately.

SALARY: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve company growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure service excellence.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
  • Fluency in English and Sinhala/Tamil preferred.
