About the job Business Development Executive
One of our reputed clients in the Real Estate & Property Development industry in Colombo, Sri Lanka, is looking for experienced Business Development Executive to join their team immediately.
SALARY: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve company growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure service excellence.
- Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Fluency in English and Sinhala/Tamil preferred.
