Junior Architect

One of our reputed clients in the Real Estate & Property Development industry in Colombo, Sri Lanka, is looking for talented and motivated Junior Architect to join their growing team immediately.

SALARY: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist senior architects in the design and development of architectural projects.
• Prepare and revise architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations.
• Conduct site visits and gather information required for project planning.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure design accuracy.
• Support the preparation of project documentation, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Contribute creative ideas during design discussions and project presentations.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in architectural design or project assistance.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related design software.
• Strong design and visualization skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under supervision and meet project deadlines.
• Knowledge of local construction methods and building regulations is an advantage.
