Supervisor - Machinist (Oman)

One of our reputed clients in Oman is seeking experienced Supervisor Machinist for their Mechanical & Electrical Department, to oversee machining operations, guide operators, and ensure production quality and safety compliance.

SALARY: OMR 263 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise daily machining operations and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Guide and coordinate machinists and CNC operators for efficient workflow.
Review machined components for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance to the team.
Maintain records of production, maintenance, and project progress.
Ensure tools, machines, and workspace are organized and safe.

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2 years of experience supervising machinists or CNC operations.
Strong knowledge of machining processes, tools, and techniques.
Leadership and team management skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
