Investment Advisor

One of our prestigious clients in Colombo, Sri Lanka, a reputed real estate and investment consultancy firm, is looking for motivated and knowledgeable Investment Advisor to join their expanding team. The ideal candidates should possess strong financial acumen, excellent client relationship skills, and a passion for guiding investors toward profitable opportunities.

SALARY: Negotiable (based on qualifications and experience)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide professional investment advice to clients on real estate and related assets.
• Analyze market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
• Develop customized investment plans to meet client goals and risk profiles.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and trust.
• Prepare financial reports, proposals, and performance reviews.
• Stay informed about market developments, new projects, and investment products.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to promote investment offerings.
• Represent the company at client meetings, events, and industry seminars.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree or diploma in Finance, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 23 years of experience in investment advisory, real estate, or financial services.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of investment products and market dynamics.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve set targets.
• Based in Colombo or nearby areas.
• Immediate availability preferred.
