Fitter - Mechanical (Rudder & Propeller) (Oman)

One of our reputed clients in Oman is seeking skilled Fitter Mechanical (Rudder & Propeller) for their Mechanical & Electrical Department, to support assembly, installation, and maintenance of rudders and propellers in marine projects.

SALARY: OMR 197 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assemble, install, and maintain rudders, propellers, and associated mechanical components.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Ensure mechanical installations meet quality, safety, and project standards.
• Coordinate with welders, fabricators, and engineers to complete tasks efficiently.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace in a safe and organized manner.
• Follow safety regulations and company guidelines strictly.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical fitting, preferably with marine components.
• Knowledge of mechanical assembly, installation, and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Attention to detail and precision in mechanical work.
• Physical fitness and ability to work in industrial or workshop environments.
